Progression is based on duration in role and not work completed successfully Starting to feel like a PR company as they do not follow their own ethos but will state they do to satisfy public opinions Little to no work life balance since return to office scheme... defeats the ethos of Trust and Integrity that they love to claim they possess without caring about the impact it could have to their employees and their personal lives Leadership stay in an ivory tower making decisions without knowing the impact... they will deny flexible working applications but will not have a meeting to discuss their reasonings for denying the flexible working Can work for a site and contribute to their KPI for that year but will not allow employee to claim the sites STIP Uniform not provided, will have to buy through CAT merchandise store Outsourcing too much prevents employees from learning new skills due to the many different teams and language barriers
