VERY SLOW!! Treatment from top-down. No challenges. Company claims to be faith-based and to run by a set of company principles but they are not practiced by top-managers. Claims that we are making financial goals - never given raises. Rudeness from the top of the company. Lost too many good people due to back stabbing, tattle tailing (from a former HR person), and overall treatment.
