Very small town gossip and high school drama for a group of “professionals.” I wish I left immediately. Bullying, no accountability from anyone, big egos, egregious unethical behavior. If you can avoid it, while working here, try not to be a person of color at the same time… you might be fed to one of the several staff who coast on abusing their prima facia credibility and white privilege. The remaining staff members will enable them by doing nothing while they bully and disparage others wrongly. Oddly racist for a work place “devoted” to supporting and saving the lives of underserved and mostly people of color. A lot of dark psychology and psychological warfare used and several narcissist lurk the halls and zoom calls - protect yourself from this ragey bunch!
