Good Intentions, Intelligent Group that had more on its plate than probably needed but were driven to complete tasks out of a desire to help providers.
Cons
Lack of Direction. Having so many different project going on made it difficult for people to prioritize. No real record keeping systems in place or way to show success through metrics or any other means.
