-Management and upper management do not care about the "little people" and will tell you, and I quote, "you take your job to personally" -Short staffing (as is everywhere) -Will expect you to run an entire office with only one staff member -Management will NOT step in to help cover a call-off and will disregard your concerns about safety issues -Management is spread between multiple sites, resulting in a "favorite" site where things get taken care of and then a site that is completely left out

No room for growth at clinic, low vacation rates, no holiday pay (must be taken out of your vacation if you don’t work a holiday, even if your location is closed)
