upper level management continually adds additional tasks, often due to state or federal regulations, which is fine, but that should be accounted for in your compensation or in reduced productivity demands to perform the work correctly. Getting paid the same to do more work is getting paid less

Cons

HR refused to make people full time even though we work full time hours. Dietitians have not gotten a cost of living wage adjustment in 4 years.
