no promotions from within unless you "know someone". no feedback on job performance unless you do something wrong. want you to do more & more and not compenate you for it.

Great work life balance with ability to self schedule. Work every 3rd weekend. Holidays rotate each year.

Cons

Scheduling is hard at times due to weekend days being separate pay periods, doesnt affect those not working weekends though.

Cons

At times, the nurse-to-patient ratios have been challenging; however, lately, with the backing of the union, the ratios have improved.
