Pros
Great people. There are a lot of good people here that want to help patients and just do good things. They keep this place afloat. I’ve met so many kind hearted people.
Cons
A lot of managers… like a ton. They’re always hiring/creating managers but not worker bees. When people leave the position does not get filled and the work falls to whoever is left. They stretch their staff thinner and thinner. Executive leadership is oblivious to the amount of work their underlings do. If they hire anyone it’s more managers.
