Great Nursing Staff Great Hospital Support Staff

Cons

When I was there (left 2018) the Administration was not working towards the best interests of the patient and care staff. You were expected to always do more with less...less staff, less time with patients, less supplies. I left the bedside when I could no longer be the nurse I wanted to be, and provide safe and compassionate care. Lack on innovation, and advancement opportunities for clinicians

Nice work environment, almost everyone is pleasant. They do hair drug screenings but they do not screen for Cannabis. (2022)

Cons

The lab really needs a make-over. Very outdated furniture and overall look, although the actual lab analyzers and some equipment is new.
