There was plenty of opportunity to move into different positions

403B is horrible since our area was non-union we had to rely on HR and they are always on the side of the company. Trying to advocate for a better working environment and benefits for non-union staff was like talking to a wall.

Pros

Management is responsive to feedback and listen to different ways to improve the unit. They are fairly accommodating with scheduling. Our providers are incredible and always available to help. The work environment is my favorite part about this job. Wonderful staff.

Cons

Holiday pay for night shift is not the same every holiday. Sometimes you are only paid holiday pay for 1/2 the shift and they are not clear on what holidays those are. Non-union (could be a pro or con)
