Decent work atmosphere. Some great co workers that know how teamwork works. Clean. Up-to-date.

Cons

They don't know how to treat there cnas that work above and beyond expectations for the residents. If they would pay there good cnas better instead of aides that don't care about residents and do the bare minimum they would be able to keep their regular good cnas

Pay scale guarantees raises yearly, PTO and sick leave.

Cons

Regularly short staff floors, the work load often finds you run down and wanting to walk out in the middle of your shift. Also dangerous physical work load makes injuries more likely.
