      Pros

      A lot of Knowledgeable and friendly PE's, Hours were good and the pay was decent for the size of the operation.

      Cons

      If you are not family or friend of the CEO your chances of success is pretty dismal,

      Diverse group of projects, great benefits, management that listens to you and values your opinion, great overall company culture.

      There are definitely some weeks with long hours, vacation time is industry standard

      Pros

      Pay is the only reason to work for these slave drivers. The CEO hired his daughter with an arts degree, to teach her CAD and got rid of a capable Revit user.

      Cons

      If you are not related to a prinicpal, you are no one. They will not treat you well at all.
