Cons

Executives turn on you easily. The owner is feared because he tends to fire people without much consideration. Red Tape! It's ridiculous to get things done to do your job.

Performance Bonus, fringe and benefits. Exceptional facilities.

Cons

Management are not made up of agents of change. Everyone is fearful of the owner because he can fire you for anything that would bother him. Similar to a Thanos. And some of his subjects are just bad and hypocritical.
