The workers at Cavendish Farms - Jamestown are amazing. There used to be a strong sense of family and taking care of each other.

Cons

Sadly, the company has very bad management. They only care about the bottom line and treat the employees very poorly.

The management was very friendly and was very open to questions if you were having trouble.

Cons

Not to many cons for me. I enjoy doing labor work so this job is not for everyone. The only con i can think of is stinky potatoes at times.
