Pros

I give it to them for having a nice and fully equipped cafeteria and an in-house gym though no one had the time to use it!

Cons

BEWARE of going to HR for any employee concerns because any complaint about the management won't be taken lightly, and it might even BACKFIRE on you! This was what happened to me when I went there about our manager's harassment and abuse, they immediately FIRED me!

Pros

Cavisson is good company to start with and gives good hike but hike totally depend on team on which team you are working for client support team and new manager at client support is very bad in skill and he spoiler the cs team environment and growth also so except client support every team is good in cavisson and i suggest performance testing team is best if you are not developer.

Cons

Hr policy are not good and employment benefits are not good it's average. Company is good but most of employee just sit and do time pass like govt job. And company needs to invest more money on hiring good developers to make strong products.
