Pros
1. You will work for 9+ hours and still they expect more from you. 2. You will be assigned to Client or QA or Developement team depending on your choice. 3. Very few seniors will guide you to learn new things 4. Free Cab facilities at night\ 5. People will easily survive here even if they don't do any work here 6. It's more or less like a Govt. job. Chances of getting kicked is less.
Cons
1. Pay you just 8K in Training. 2. The procedure of training is not good at all. Video sessions will be held. 3. Many arrogant seniors think that they are working in Google or Facebook like companies 4. If you are not good at boot licking, then do not join the company. Boot kissers, Its your dream job 5. Some teams TL's will make your life hell. You need to prove yourself and make a first impression on their eyes.

- I am working in Cavisson , It has been greatest years of my life . Last two years I learnt a lot in performance testing domain and now I am much above of any one with similar years of experience and the company has provided me immense opportunity for growth. - Very supportive management and open door policy and they always gave me solutions of all work related issues promptly.
Cons
- Still a Small brand name and middle tier management is not up to mark
