There are some nice people working in the company making the environment more bearable.

Why do you join a company? It is salary? you may get delayed pay or no pay for months. Is it job security? Nothing is secure here. I have seen many struggles here calling these people for salaries day and night. Even if they hire you as a permanent employee, they can fire without giving any prior notice. This is a very dump company in my professional experience.
