The company cares about you. Great Benefits and very competitive pay. Culture is amazing, you always feel like people care about your success. 200% of first 4% 401k Match (contribute 4% and they kick in another 8%). Opportunities to move around, if you want to try something new. Fully remote and flexible hybrid working arrangements. This company is VERY well positioned to weather the ups and down of the financial markets. Our main product does best with the market is very volatile.
