      Pros

      Competent, confident, humble technology team. We do a lot of things well and are constantly trying to improve. There is a lot of opportunity to seize initiative if you want it.

      Cons

      It’s hard to find a real con. Every job and company have their own challenges. A common issue is there aren’t a lot of titles in the non-executive ranks. That’s because title isn’t that important. Ideas, competence, and initiatives are the currencies here.

      Cboe has been very active in M&A, which is helping to accelerate the company's aggressive global strategy. The growth mindset has created more career opportunities for internal (and external) associates. Beautiful new Chicago headquarters.

      Highly regulated so some things move too slowly.
