      Innovators don't last long in regulatory department

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn about high finance. Pretty regular working hours.

      Cons

      These apply only to the regulatory department: - Painful/archaic tech stack to develop with - Management averse to new projects/improvements. Seen as unnecessary risks. - Regulatory department is intentionally isolated from the rest of the company, so beware if you are joining regulatory, most of the other reviews here will not be relevaant.
