Ever since the new CEO got hired things have started to trend negatively pretty quickly for employees. They waited until Q4 to announce nobody was getting promoted at year end and then claimed it was somehow for our benefit. Salaries much below that of similar roles in Chicago. Continual erosion of remote work and other benefits that used to make Cboe stand out despite its below market salaries.

BATS management did not care about the CBOE employees once they took over from the retiring CBOE senior management. New CFO is two-faced.
