Cons
Management is always pinching pennies, working with minimal staff, apprehensive on hiring, and is always pushing you to do "more". Employees are sent away from their primary roles to do misc maintenance, or service calls to elderly residents. Staff bad-mouth the elderly frequently. The company seems to want to make money and cut every cost they can.
