      Pros

      Cedar Electronics weathered the storm caused by years of PE investment failure and less than stellar Senior Management to turn the company into a World Class operation over the course of the last 2 years. What was a very uncomfortable environment has become a focused, innovative and stable company with a solid work environment.

      Cons

      Still some infrastructure growth to be had. Health benefits could be stronger

      Pros

      The marketing team is continuing to grow at Cedar and headed by a fantastic Head of Marketing. I have only been with the company for about 2.5 months and the team, onboarding, and company is in a great place. The CEO cares about employees health and allowing those comfortable to continue to work from home.

      Pros

      Welcoming, friendly environment full of supportive, energetic, & innovative people. Benefits are good, ample PTO and work/life balance, challenging but rewarding work, good communication, strong, inspiring leadership, and... the ability to work from home! Yay!

      Cons

      Many forms of transition over a relatively short period have made the work load challenging, with unresolved system issues and lack of resources creating various degrees of difficulty in accomplishing goals. It can feel overwhelming or frustrating at times. But, there have been recent improvements and things are moving in the right direction.
