      Pros

      There are many great people who work in the company both in the Ohio and Illinois locations. These people are very smart and hardworking. They want to do whatever is needed to make the company a success. They are often taken advantage of and overworked or completely ignored by incompetent managers.

      Cons

      Little to no direction. There is a definite feeling of being left to twist in the wind. Constructive criticism would be welcomed by many but the management group is not able to properly supervise and motivate their teams. The atmosphere is most definitely toxic. It is so unfortunate.

      Lots to do ofcourse, and fast-paced Small company, so when categories don't perform people are let go. That's the risk you take w/ Cedar.

      Pros

      Escort West Chester OH location top shelf, Leadership and employees have passion for the great Escort Brand, great working environment and location to work. Massive experience in the electronic industry from top to bottom.

      Cons

      Corporate officers and management team in Chicago hired by PE firm has little to zero knowledge of electronic industry. Unfortunately the Chicago team also has no history of running sucessful companies and does a below average job of motivating employees. Very unqualified and non professional leadership in Chicago.
