Pros

Full-time job year round, plenty of hours, coworkers are all fun to work with and easy to get along with.

Cons

Some of the supervisors are micro-managers or lazy. A lot of the equipment is dated or poorly upkept; most work is hot, so working a/c would be a plus.. Low starting pay when compared to prevailing wage for a similar position.

Your job is what you make it here. Want more responsibility, it's yours for the taking. Very entrepreneurial environment.

Cons

Perfect place to coast if you are not looking for a challenge. Lots of dead wood working here since no one really needs to be accountable. No reviews, no bonuses, no need to try hard. Kind of like working in a communist country.
