-The sweet residents -Helping the families

Cons

-Very very hostile work environment -Toxic management - family ran (family member won't do there job and no matter what complaints they don't get in trouble) -less hours because of family -drama -if you become RCM you have to work every day basically 24/7 no help

I would put my loved ones here if I had any still living. I actually came close to placing my dad here. I love the work values of all my Co workers. Staff truly love the residents. Including me.

Cons

There is alot of miscommunication.
