When I was hired they seemed to WANT to be service focused and have staff appreciation.

Cons

Most of us have bailed, others have been fired for no reason and the rest are just waiting it out for a good job. The corporate people are just unkind. They don’t care about anyone. All they care about is heads in beds. It’s a disgrace. Pay is also poor! And they expect you to not have a life outside of work. Way behind the times

Very short staffed. High turn over rate. Little to no support from management. Unrealistic expectations from their nursing staff. 1 nurse for a building of 90-100 residents. Not enough care givers to give the residents the quality of care they deserve
