Pros

very good friendly work culture. a family boutique environment despite the growing number of employees. challenging projects across different telecom vendors & technologies. ample room for growth & learning. Daunting & Challenging work with an element of fun. Good salaries generally & employee recognition.

Cons

HR processes are weak. Technical line management acts as HR. Lack of diversification, everything is viewed through company's product portfolio & avenues outside current capabilities are not explored. Overall Pros would outdo the Cons.
