Pros

Some are the residents are sweet and it’s a blessing to take care of them.

Cons

They are racist. There have been countless racial slurs that are used towards the African American and African employees and nothing is done about it. Nurses who are friends with management get away with more. They’re turnover rate is extremely high but they won’t tell you about it. They’ll fire you quickly if you make one mistake.
