      Most supervisors and team leads are supportive and genuinely happy to see you grow and they help you with it. They are very human, and and always try to find a way to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

      Cons

      it can be tricky to juggle the frequent schedule changes with your team, but it really depends on your specific team if it gets hard or not.
