Pros

They truly cared about their employees! The company culture was amazing and the managers had kind caring personalities. There is room for growth if you applied out of the customer service department and they gave you access to free cruises !

Cons

Sometimes we would have to take the same customer complaints because the company wouldn’t fix the issues on the website.
