None. They overwork people and bad pay. Play favorites and fire you when you speak up.

Cons

They even let a women get hurt on the job, did not pay her medical bills.

very flexible work hours; kind and knowledgeable colleagues; cooperative work environment; beneficial learning and training for those starting in their career

Cons

salary and benefits very sub par; not a lot of opportunity for advancement in position and compensation; increasing pressure to meet shorter deadlines that are too often unreasonably too short
