Pros

The teamwork was four star on a busy day

Cons

management and salary left a lot to be desired. work life balance was non-existent if you worked in the clinic full time.

- Great team - Exposure to many areas of clinical research - Hybrid remote work

Cons

- need to deal with angry clients even when (frequent) delays are out of your control - absolutely terrible training program - low pay relative to market value
