Pros

Great co-workers, medical experience, great medical benefits.

Cons

Expect to work on average 50 hours a week. Because position is salaried you aren't payed for overtime and base pay isn't much for how many hours you can work.

Thank you for your post. We appreciate your positive comments regarding your co-workers and the experience you gained working for Celerion. The Study Manager role is one that does experience fluctuations in working hours, based on study volume, which can lead to the group working above a ‘standard 40 hour week’ on occasions. Thank you again for taking the time to post. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Pros

You can take breaks when you need to, if you have time...you are responsible for getting the work done-so you might not get a break if it is busy and you want to go home.

Cons

HR doesn't deal with problems like bullies and actually rewards them if they give a good story.
