Pros

There are some really good people that work here. They will not fire you no matter how much you mess up if you claim health issues.

Cons

This company will constantly hold on to terrible employees for too long. I know of one employee that still is employed there that has openly falsified his time card as well as forged the signature of one of the study managers yet management doesn’t seem to care at all.

Our shift patterns are designed around the studies and early starts or night shifts are normal in this industry. Breaks are built into the schedule as well. Our salaries remain competitive with increases given after training is completed and there have been many internal promotions this year.
