      Pros

      Great teamwork and collaborative effort among various associates. Celerion offers very comprehensive written SOPs and GPGs, so even if training is "on the fly" everything is written down and easy to follow.

      Cons

      Celerion is well known to have an excessive workload (data management associates carry 9-14 projects as opposed to industry standard of 2-5 projects) for a low salary (half the industry standard), so there is excessive turn over of staff in all departments.

      Pros

      Meeting new people daily with different studies. Schedule is fluid, always doing something different. Pay raises are frequent. Opportunities to work up are endless. Benefits.

      Cons

      Schedule can change due to study delays, drug not arriving on time. Building is out of date, could use a remodel. Study participants can be less friendly than ideal.
