Pros

Staff get 10 paid holidays throughout the year, a few of which are during Christmas time when the office is closed to the majority of employees. This is in addition to the vacation and sick time that we accrue pretty quickly.

Cons

You have to wait until Memorial Day before the first paid holiday.

My coworkers are the reason I have been with Celerion as long as I have. We work well together and support one another.

Cons

"This is the way we have always done it" makes it difficult for new employees to bring new ideas.

I sadly cannot think of any.

Cons

Hostile work enviroment. Next to zero recognition for employees. Over worked, assigned events back to back and often overlapping, with no logical way to get it all done, and without mistakes. Manipulation of timesheets to make it look like we are busier than we are.
