Pros

Celero is fantastic to work for. Staff are capable and competent. Management is supportive, transparent, and very capable. Communication is definitely a strength. Face paced company with lots on the go which keeps everyday exciting.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

The people here are all talented great people who work together to accomplish goals. Work life balance is great! The company perks and comradery makes getting to know co-workers easy, even across cities. Senior management is very transparent and good at communicating company goals and vision. It's easy to see where you fit in! There is a lot of opportunity to support future growth and development and training opportunities.

Cons

The only one I can think of is the multi-cities makes it hard to have meetings, with people spread out, but there is great conferencing equipment which makes it easier!

Pros

The team spirit is 100%, working with super smart individuals. Management team is supportive, and they clearly communicate the annual goals and direction of the company. There's plenty opportunity to grow within the different departments in the company. I should also add that we have fun team building activities from time to time.

Cons

Overall, no complaints yet! The workload is often heavy, but you have the right team to help you pull through.
