After 20 years sad to see a once great company being mismanaged.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Generally good HR policies. 4 weeks vacation after only 5 years.

Cons

Out of touch management. Run by bean counters over the last few years resulting in idiotic outsourcing decisions and layoffs.

Pros

Celero offers a work from home environment, flexible work hours (depending on the manager you report to), and bonuses. Depending on the manager you report to you could have a great experience or a really bad one.

Cons

Consists mainly of an older, mature workforce, many of which are just waiting to retire. Many inconsistencies between managers/departments on overtime expectations, flexible work arrangements, etc.

Much of the company is allowed to work remotely.

Cons

There is no leadership development, training, or growth at all. If you're looking for a company where you will be stagnant in the same role for years, unfortunately this is it. Some look for that but anyone looking for growth or leadership development or even anything remotely resembling a development plan, look elsewhere. For an IT company, innovation is not only not recognized it's stifled from middle management who feel threatened by it.
