flexibility, good salary with yearly bonus

Cons

In the past few years Celero has become a toxic environment to work in, they don't have the right people in the right places. Managers should be brought in from the outside not promoted with in. If they do promote with in, Celero should ensure that they have taken proper education/training. One may be able to manage their processes and work load not necessarily people.
