After 20 years sad to see a once great company being mismanaged.

Good salary and benefits. Generally good HR policies. 4 weeks vacation after only 5 years.

Cons

Out of touch management. Run by bean counters over the last few years resulting in idiotic outsourcing decisions and layoffs.

Work is challenging. Team members are easy to work with. You get salary raise every year but not a lot.

Cons

Not a fun place to work. Don't have a productive process in place. Lack of good project managers and people are not motivated enough.
