      Pros

      From my personal experience, Celestica has a good work culture. The people are friendly, understanding and supportive. There's a real commitment to driving continuous improvements. The company has flexibility and provide opportunities to grow. I have been with Celestica for over 20+ yrs and and I can truly attest this is for real. Use your experience, seize the opportunities and be proud of your accomplishments.

      Cons

      Nothing really standouts but there is room for improvement on promotions. The company can do better to help connect people with the right positions to move the company forward.

      Pros

      There is not much pressure in chasing outputs here, employers are kind and friendly. Technicians and engineers are patient in teaching interns from scratch.

      Cons

      It would be better to have a training station to teach interns on methods for troubleshooting. It would reduce the risk of mishaps in actual production line.
