Reasonable respect for employees relative to other EMS companies. Peers, at least regionally, try to help one another out. Decent overall reputation for customer service.

Cons

No strategic direction. No ideas. HQ plant is a relic. Top management lacks integrity to stick to commitments. No real commitment to keep manufacturing base in North America.
