- Great team dynamic -Team events -Great physical working environment -Well structured -Great location -Yearly Bonuses -Decent benefits and pension plan -Great place to complete an internship at

Cons

-Lack of career growth -Cafeteria was not the greatest other than the Tim Hortons -Kaizens became just a number that everyone has to meet. It took away from the idea where people propose sound suggestions that could move the company forward -Older average age -High amount of layoffs -Quarterly update meetings where very repetitive and upper management would not give much detail regarding the going forward plan of the company -More training opportunities
