      Little pressure, easy to fall under radar. Good comradery among team and generally good atmosphere.

      Cons

      No career progression. No recognition of work. Corporate influence most policies and HQ very far removed from sites

      A lot of work to do. Business is expanding. A lot of training to new worker. Diverse cultures.

      Not many chances for contract worker to be converted to permanent position.

      Pros

      Good group of manufacturing focused professionals with a broad base of products and industries to work with. Very good at producing high quality. Develop experience in attitude that I already had and been able to work with different people. The constant challenges that we out come every day makes us better.

      Cons

      Been able to work long periods of time managing to take out quality production, the constant struggle to get material on time and managing to maintain the operators working at all times.
