      Good location, high profile people, Canadian Icon. I as proud to work for them.

      Cons

      Going downwards, some manages promoted based on who they know, not what hey know. Many excellent people got disappointed and left.

      A disappointing experience in a disjointed, political environment

      Pros

      It is easy to get career opportunities quickly by making friends with the right senior people. This will get you ahead of the curve more quickly than others who have done the right things, but not necessarily for the most influential people.

      Cons

      The environment is very political at middle manager and senior levels. It is very much a 'who you know environment' where a few good deeds for a senior person will get you promotions that are not necessarily deserved.
