      Pros

      You will be working with different kind of people and of different races. You will have a chance to travel. The working environment is very professional and high standards are always applied. The management are very collaborative. Career wise Celestica will be an avenue for growth and there is a wide range of work experience you can tapped.

      Cons

      Because it is a electronic manufacturing company you are working , you will be exposed to hazardous surroundings. Sometimes you will be required to stay long hours and the work are quite routinary.

      Pros

      This is a good, honest, and open company to work for. People are nice. Some good recent acquisitions.

      Cons

      Not really good at competing with other companies in a very tough industry. Sr. Mgt can be out of touch. Remote employees are at risk in times of tight budgets. Too nice sometimes- people are afraid or unable to confront problems. Too many hurdles to win business; they often break them anyway when they win big customers. Factories have too much power in business decisions and budgets.

      Pros

      Gaining much more experience, using every bitl of previous experience, ability to call the shots when the going gets tough and being recognized are hallmarks of Celestica.

      Cons

      The review process is in no way representative of how much hard work you put in. You are graded in areas that do not apply to what you are really charged with doing. People aren't motivated after a couple reveiws to keep going up and over management's expectations.
