      Celestica truly cares about its employees. I have never met such a committed and ambitious HR/Talent Attraction team who have a shared interest in bringing the top talent around the world to Celestica. The culture is very strong, very collaborative and always willing to help others. We are a very diverse and inclusive organization. We truly care about work/life balance as well. You will not regret coming to work at Celestica!

      Similar ramp issues that are felt industry wide - a little short on staff during initial growth phase
