Management is out of touch, Low Pay for the roles and responsibilities assigned, Consistently working 2.5x the amount promised, continuously putting in overtime, receiving calls/ asked to help when on PTO

Pros

Everything is standardized, resources are always available as long as you know where to look on how to do everything. Constantly improving environment and everyone can put in a word to make changes.

Cons

Takes a long time to be offered a position, I needed to start as a temporary. In all fairness this is my first position in aerospace industry.
