      Pros

      Excellent benefits - 401k match and health benefits. Competitive salary. Turnover is getting lower and business keeps growing after merging was completed.

      Cons

      Not many internal job postings available. Hot and very humid summer is typical in Charlotte. But fall is beautiful though.

      Expansions on the horizon. Ramp up of New employees.

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership and horrible opportunities for advancement. Too many new employees but no longer the support for training due to prior layoffs.

      Celgard is a decent company to work for with decent pay. They offer good benefits as well and growth potential.

      Cons

      Celgard has many odd shifts such as 12-hour shifts which require working every other weekend. Celgard is also undergoing structural changes.
